Reviewing Summary & Lender Analytics

The “Summary” tab in “Financial Analysis” provides you with a high-level overview of banking activity for each case. The graph represents the cash balance of an applicant over time. The summary financial analytics are displayed below the cash flow graph. 

Standard summary analytics produced by Ocrolus include:

• Account Holder Name and Address
• Account Number
• Beginning and Ending Balance
• Average Daily Balance
• Average Transaction Size
• Days of Negative Balance
• Maximum Deposit
• Minimum Deposit
• Average Deposit Amount

For more detailed analytics, including 30+ cash flow analytics such as loan stacking, NSF charges, and predicted income, download “Export Lender Analytics [XLSX,JSON].” You can also edit the identifying information of an applicant by clicking on an account within the case, including:

• Account Holder
• Address Information
• Account Holder Type
