You can search for specific transactions with a variety of filters. To find specific transactions within a case, click “Cases” on the left-hand menu, enter the case you want to search, and click on “Financial Analysis.”
Use the search bar above the transaction data to instantly filter transactions based on four search criteria: dollar amount, date, description keyword, and account. Read more below:
- Amount: Search by transaction dollar amount by entering a specific range (i.e., $1,000 to $5,000), or simply by entering a minimum or maximum dollar amount. You must enter absolute values into the fields; the search function does not accept negative values.
- Date: Access specific dates in mm-dd-yy format, or by using the drop-down calendar to select dates.
- Keyword: Filter by keyword or a string of keywords in a transaction description by using the “Search” bar. The search function is responsive to partial search inputs.
- Account: Find transactions by account. Select and de-select accounts under the “Accounts” drop-down box.
You can also use search filters in conjunction with each other. For example, entering 6/1/17 to 6/30/17 in the date field, and $500 - $1,000 in the amount field, will result in a view that only shows transactions with dollar values between $500 and $1,000 in the month of June 2017.
Remove all search filters by clicking on the “Reset” button on the toolbar.
Adjust the number of transactions on a single page by selecting the “Page size” drop-down box. Each page can hold 25, 50, 100, or 200 transactions.
