You can automatically identify the movement of money between an applicant’s accounts with transaction tags. Transactions can claim four different kinds of tags, including Transfer, Match, Transfer & Match, and Recurring Transaction.
Explicitly Labeled Transfer: This blue “Transfer” tag indicates an explicitly labeled transfer. Transactions that either have the word “transfer” or abbreviations, such as “xfr,” “xfer,” “trfr,” or “trnsfr,” are identified as transfer transactions. Transactions with this blue tag highlight the movement of funds between an applicant’s various accounts.
Probable Transfer Match: The purple “Match” tag indicates a probable transfer match for the tagged transaction. A probable match occurs when the same exact funds leave one account and enter another account within seven days.
Transfer & Match: A transaction that’s tagged with this blue and purple tag indicates an explicitly labeled transfer that’s also linked to a probable match.
Recurring: The “Recurring Transaction” tag is not automatically applied, but you can assign the tag through the “Find Recurrences” search available under each transaction. For more detailed instructions on this tag, view “Finding a Recurring Transaction.”
