Note: An Organization refers to a client's environment to which they submit documents for processing.
Once a client decides to integrate with the Ocrolus API they are originally provided access to their Sandbox Organization, which is used by clients to build and test their workflow. In the Sandbox Org, the client can view all the books created and forms uploaded through the Ocrolus API during the integration in the "Cases" tab through the Ocrolus WebApp.
After the client has completed their integration with the Ocrolus API, tested the endpoints, validated the data, and is ready to Go-Live, they will receive access to their Production Organization.
The Ocrolus Implementation Manager creates a Production Organization closer to the anticipated production Go-Live date. The Production Organization is used to monitor live production volume. Please refer to the link to understand how to switch from the Client Sandbox Organization to the Production Organization.
The purpose of having separate Sandbox and Production Organizations is to separate your testing volume from your live production volume. The Sandbox Organization is not deleted after you switch to the Production Organization. The Sandbox Organization will always remain for future testing purposes for the client.
