Ocrolus Dashboard - Detect – Ocrolus

Once a document has been selected for investigation, Detect signal information and visualizations will be displayed. File tampering visualizations are presented in the middle panel, and Detect signal details are presented to the right of them along with the ability to see captured data.

Note: if you do not see the Detect tab, this means that Detect has not been enabled for your organization. Please reach out to Customer Support.

The book signals panel displays:

The total number of Detect signals at the book level (i.e., across all documents within the book combined)

Note: this panel can be collapsed by clicking the arrow in the top right corner

The visualization panel displays:

File tampering visualizations available

If multiple visualizations are available, users will see multiple thumbnails in the preview panel. The visualization names can be found at the bottom of the screen with short descriptions.

Users can also hover over red highlighted text on visualizations for details about how fields or text have been tampered

The details panel displays:

If the document received is a PDF or an image based PDF
Detect signals which can be expanded or collapsed during review

Captured data
