Email Notifications for Suspicious Activity Alerts

Enabling suspicious activity alerts allows users of Ocrolus to get an email notification each time a case of suspicious activity is flagged within our bank statement analytics. This is separate from our Detect email notifications.  

If you would like to receive these suspicious activity alert email notifications, please reach out to support@ocrolus.com and we can get this enabled for your user credentials.

It is important to note that suspicious activity alert emails can be sent to three accounts

• The book owner (Dashboard and API)
• The user uploading within the book (Dashboard and API)
• The email associated with the organization (API only)
