When using the Ocrolus Dashboard you may experience an issue that is isolated to your computer during retrieving data, previewing book details, or processing any documents. Clearing your browser cache and cookies is a good first troubleshooting step. The process for clearing your cache is different in every browser. Please refer to the links below:
After you've cleared your cache, be sure to completely restart your browser. This step ensures that the cache is completely cleared. You can then start a new session on the Ocrolus Dashboard.
