When using the Ocrolus Dashboard you may experience an issue that is isolated to your computer during retrieving or processing any documents, you may need to clear your browser cache. For example, if you are constantly getting logged out or get an error while uploading a document, clearing your cache is a good first troubleshooting step. The process for clearing your cache is different in every browser.

After you've cleared your cache, be sure to completely restart your browser. This step ensures that the cache is completely cleared. You can then start a new session on the Ocrolus Dashboard.
