At Ocrolus, safeguarding the security of your data is a top priority. We are excited to share that we have enhanced our security measures with the introduction of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This optional feature empowers you with an additional layer of protection, ensuring the utmost security for your Ocrolus account.
Enabling 2FA is a straightforward process that adds an extra layer of security to your Ocrolus account. Follow these steps to activate Two-Factor Authentication:
- Download Google Authenticator (iOS/Android), Authy, or another compatible app.
- Log into your Ocrolus account, go to Profile (https://dashboard.ocrolus.com/settings/profile), and scroll to the bottom to access "ENROLL IN MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION"
- Scan the QR code with your authentication app.
- Input the current code displayed on your mobile device, then click ‘Enable’.
- If successful, your browser will refresh and show an option to disable two-factor authentication. If the scan fails, you will be prompted to try again. If you continue to have issues, contact support@ocrolus.com.
- The next time you log in with 2FA, you will see this screen:
