Uploading Complete Statement Periods at a Document Level

To ensure the best quality of your analytic output when uploading bank statements for processing, we suggest uploading full statement periods. 

Double-check the beginning and ending date to make sure that the transactions uploaded match up with those dates. 

Check the page numbers to make sure that none are missing. If a page is missing from your bank statement, you will receive the suspicious activity alert, “Incomplete Information: Missing Pages”. If you are missing pages, this may affect how the balances extracted from the bank statement are calculated.
