How do I know if a loan is being processed by Ocrolus?

When Ocrolus is processing a loan, there will be a lock on that loan. If a user attempts to enter this loan, Encompass will notify the user that someone else is currently in the loan and ask if they would like to view the loan as a read-only capability.
