When using the Ocrolus Dashboard you have access to a chatbot that can answer any immediate subject matter questions. The Chatbot widget can be found on the bottom right-hand side of the webpage.
The Chatbot directs you to knowledge base articles based on specific terms by entering them within the search bar function. Another feature of the Chatbot is that it has the ability to automatically generate recommended knowledge base articles based on the user's location within the dashboard.
